Sherri McDaniel offers her clients the unbeatable combination of local expertise and years of negotiation, sales, and marketing experience. After working her way up over the course of eight years to become Vice President of Global Sales for a large communications company, Sherri took on a different position with a travel company which gave her diverse experiences. As Vice President of Sales she negotiated many sales contracts with high level companies and developed successful strategic marketing campaigns. She was also responsible for working with a team of people and creating a motivating and successful sales environment. Sherri further honed her creative marketing skills in her position as an event coordinator for an incentive travel company. Her decade of experience working with people at all levels of business to come up with solutions, negotiating complex contracts, and implementing marketing plans to increase revenue now translates into valuable skills when she is listing properties, putting together deals, and ensuring the best financial outcome for her clients.
Sherri is also a longtime Orange County local and she and her husband have raised their son in Laguna Niguel for over 20 years. She is continually grateful to be a part of such an amazing community, and she and her family remain actively involved in supporting that community through volunteer work at local schools, sports programs, YMCA, Lion’s Heart, and JSerra Lady Lions. Her ability to navigate the local market with familiarity and ease help her to both find homes and list homes at the best value.

The McDaniel Gilmore Group has more than eight years of experience selling homes in the Orange County area. Together, Sherri, Paige and Carrie offer teamwork, integrity and sales success. Carolyn has refined her communications skills through her marketing experience representing brands specific to residential; specifically, real estate, interior design, and architecture. Her time as a complex civil litigation paralegal gave Carolyn the fundamentals of real estate law as well as the skills to handle multi-party lawsuits working with attorneys, their clients, and opposing counsel. Serving as event chair and as a committee and advisory member for several high-profile fundraising events in south Orange County, Carolyn has had the opportunity to actuate her strategic plans to increase revenue for fundraising initiatives, strengthen community engagement, and cultivate corporate sponsorship relationships for the betterment of organizations such as Mission Hospital, St. Margaret’s Episcopal School, Girl Scouts of Orange County, Victory Lacrosse, MAKO Foundation for Vista del Mar School, Assisteens of Capistrano Valley, and Our Lady of Fatima Academy. Her current involvement in several of these organizations puts her at the pulse of what is happening in south Orange County.
