Ashley Rosenhain


Ashley RosenhainAshley Rosenhain is a motivated and passionate real estate professional with extensive experience in buying and selling property. She currently resides in Monarch Bay but has lived everywhere from Ladera Ranch all the way up the coastline to Emerald Bay, providing her with extensive knowledge of the Southern Orange County market. Her ventures include building, owning, buying and selling, and investing in the real estate industry.

Ashley put herself through College at UCLA and graduated at the age of 20. Always at the top of her class, her drive and determination carried over into her career. She has a sincere desire to continue her education in the industry and is motivated to assist both buyers and sellers in obtaining the most favorable outcome with every transaction. Along with receiving her bachelor's degree from UCLA, she has studied design at the Interior Design Institute.

Ashley has always loved developing projects and the real estate industry. She assists with the family business of marketing and manufacturing, licensing and private equity ventures with her husband and has built several homes throughout Orange County communities. This includes two of the highest valued properties at The Strand, in Dana Point. As an investor, she currently owns residences in The Strand, Monarch Bay, Laguna Niguel, and two properties in San Juan Capistrano. She also owns several manufactured communities in Colorado and Kansas and has residential and commercial investments in Texas. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Ashley had worked in human resources, for film producers, and as a Los Angeles school teacher working with inner city children, all of which contributed to her skills for her future in real estate. Ashley has an unstoppable work ethic and understands the requirements for the selling of high-end luxury homes from her personal experiences. The industry inspires Ashley, and her focus is to exceed all expectations. Her background in design, building, and investing gives her leverage in the industry, making her a stand out from the rest. Ashley made the move to join the McDaniel Gilmore Group, a partner with Surterre, because of their strong work ethic and team-oriented atmosphere. She and Paige McDaniel, one of the co-founders of the group, have been long time friends, and Ashley could not be more excited to be part of a group of such hard working and intelligent women.

Ashley remains active in her community and supports/volunteers at many organizations such as Harvesters, JDRF, Tourette's Association, Surfer's Healing, and The Shea Center. When she isn't working or volunteering, you can find her spending time with her husband of 15 years, two children, and their three dogs. She also enjoys being a competing equestrian, which she has participated in for 35 years.

Sherri McDanielSherri McDaniel offers her clients the unbeatable combination of local expertise and years of negotiation, sales, and marketing experience. After working her way up over the course of eight years to become Vice President of Global Sales for a large communications company, Sherri took on a different position with a travel company which gave her diverse experiences. As Vice President of Sales she negotiated many sales contracts with high level companies and developed successful strategic marketing campaigns. She was also responsible for working with a team of people and creating a motivating and successful sales environment. Sherri further honed her creative marketing skills in her position as an event coordinator for an incentive travel company. Her decade of experience working with people at all levels of business to come up with solutions, negotiating complex contracts, and implementing marketing plans to increase revenue now translates into valuable skills when she is listing properties, putting together deals, and ensuring the best financial outcome for her clients.

Sherri is also a longtime Orange County local and she and her husband have raised their son in Laguna Niguel for over 20 years. She is continually grateful to be a part of such an amazing community, and she and her family remain actively involved in supporting that community through volunteer work at local schools, sports programs, YMCA, Lion’s Heart, and JSerra Lady Lions. Her ability to navigate the local market with familiarity and ease help her to both find homes and list homes at the best value.
